Refund Policy

Indian Time Capsule sells a digital commemorative participation spot. Because a unique founding number and public listing are created on successful payment, spots are generally non-refundable once the founding number is assigned.

Failed or duplicate payments

If you were charged but no founding number was assigned (for example due to a network error), the payment will be reconciled and either fulfilled or refunded. Please contact us with your payment reference.

All refunds, where applicable, are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay.
