By participating in Indian Time Capsule you agree to these terms. Your ₹100 purchases a digital commemorative participation spot in Indian Time Capsule. It does not represent land, property, shares, securities, investment, financial return, or ownership of any portion of India.

Participation

A founding number is assigned only after your ₹100 payment is verified. Numbers are sequential, unique, and non-transferable. There are exactly 100,000 founding spots.

Content

You confirm you have the right to upload the logo and content you submit. We reserve the right to moderate, hide or reject content that is unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate.

Archive

We intend to preserve the archive for generations through long-term backups and archival practices, but do not guarantee a specific duration of availability.
